Warren Erasmus is a highly experienced crisis management and incident response professional with more than 25 years operating across high-risk, complex environments. His career spans frontline response, training, and strategic advisory roles across the mining, oil and gas, energy, and government sectors, both within Australia and internationally.

Beginning his career as a volunteer, auxiliary, and career firefighter, Warren has deployed to major disaster events including cyclones, floods, and earthquakes, bringing a depth of real-world operational experience that underpins his advisory work today.

As a Director of several companies, including CriConX, Warren bridges the gap between operational reality and executive decision-making—designing systems, training programs, and digital platforms that enhance incident, emergency, and crisis management capability. His work is grounded in “boots on the ground” experience and informed by decades of practical application in demanding environments.

Warren has spent over 18 years as a trainer and assessor across emergency response, high-risk licensing, and incident management, with the past decade focused on supporting national clients in the resources and energy sectors. He has also facilitated and assessed corporate crisis management teams, strengthening organisational readiness at both operational and leadership levels.

Recognised for his contributions to disaster response, Warren is a recipient of multiple honours including the Australian Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal and disaster relief citations for international deployments.
